I am Sharon, an adopter of clean-eating since 2009. I love creating raw, no-bake cakes, simply made from unprocessed, whole plant foods: fresh fruits, raw vegetables, nuts and seeds.

My creations are free from: dairy + eggs (vegan cakes); grains + wheat (gluten free cakes): refined carbs (low carb cakes), refined sugars and artificial additives. These treats are great for anyone with allergies or intolerances ... or anyone who simply desires more wholesome, minimally processed and nutritive desserts!

PHILOSOPHY

NO DAIRY. NO EGGS

Zilch animal products, which makes our cakes vegan and vegetarian friendly, and perfect for anyone with dairy allergies and lactose intolerances

NO GRAINS. NO GLUTEN

NO REFINED CARBS

No grains, particularly, wheat - a key ingredient in conventionally baked goods such as bread, pasta and noodles. Numerous studies show that refined carbohydrate consumption is associated with health problems like obesity and type 2 diabetes.

NO ADDED REFINED SUGAR

No man-made, highly processed sweet stuff such as white sugar (table sugar), brown sugar, molasses and corn syrup. Highly processed table sugars are effectively refined carbohydrates that offer empty calories with no nutritional value, and are linked to all sorts of chronic diseases. Read here.

NO ARTIFICIALS

There are no chemically manufactured flavourings, colourants and additives because we use real, whole foods with real flavour, taste and nutrition.

RAW NUTRITION

To retain the full nutritional value of our raw whole food ingredients, my cakes are not baked, so it minimises any degradation to the concentration and quality of their vitamins and antioxidants.

FRESH WHOLE FRUITS

Naturally low in calories and fat but rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants - whole fresh fruits are key ingredients in my cakes. Enjoy dreamy, luscious plant cakes with 0% guilt.

ACTIVATED / FERMENTED  

NUTS & SEEDS

Nuts are activated and fermented for optimum digestion and nutrient absorption. Fermented nuts become more vitamin and mineral rich, and contain healthy probiotics. Good gut bacteria helps prevent and treat many diseases. Lacto-fermented foods are good for our mental health.

NATURAL SWEETENERS

I use natural sweeteners such as dates, and minimally processed, nutritive options such as maple syrup and coconut nectar, Such options provide natural taste and inherent nutrients.

Many fruits, nuts and seeds used in my cakes, are known Superfoods that contain antioxidants, healthy fats, and phytochemicals, offering numerous health benefits. My raw cakes are effectively nutrient-packed treats!
