 What began as a search for cakes that met specific dietary needs became a deeper exploration into form, texture, and balance — working entirely with plant-based ingredients. 


Ingredients are used in their whole form — fruits, nuts and grains, without artificial additives or flavourings.


Each cake is designed and piped by hand, with a focus on natural forms and fully edible finishes, 


The result is a style that is both considered and expressive — made for celebrations that feel personal and intentional.
