Each cake begins with a considered approach to form, texture, and balance. Botanical elements are hand-piped in varying levels of detail — from restrained finishes to more intricate compositions. 

Each element is designed to be fully edible, crafted from the same plant-based ingredients as the cake itself — composed to be enjoyed, not simply ornamental.
