Hello, I'm Sharon. I create botanical celebration cakes using whole, plant-based ingredients — each one crafted from scratch with a focus on natural flavour, gentle sweetness and refined simplicity.

My work is inspired by a belief that cakes can be both beautiful and nourishing, without relying on artificial ingredients or excessive sweetness.

OUR APPROACH

PLANT-BASED

Zilch animal products, which makes our cakes vegan and vegetarian friendly, and perfect for anyone with dairy allergies and lactose intolerances

GLUTEN-FREE

No grains, no wheat.

FREE FROM REFINED SUGARS

No man-made or processed white (cane) sugar, brown sugar, molasses, corn syrup etc.

NATURALLY 

SWEETENED

Only natural sweeteners such as dates, fruits and pure maple syrup is used. Minimally processed, lower GI options such as coconut sap may be used, offering natural taste and inherent nutrients.

FRESH WHOLE FRUITS

Naturally low in calories and fat but rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants - whole fresh fruits are key ingredients in my cakes. Enjoy dreamy, luscious plant cakes with 0% guilt.

ACTIVATED  

NUTS & SEEDS

Raw nuts and seed are soaked and activated for optimum digestion and nutrient absorption. 

NO ARTIFICIAL ADDITIVES

There are no chemically manufactured flavourings, colourants and additives because we use real, whole foods with real flavour, taste and nutrition.

RAW NO-BAKE NUTRITION

To retain the full nutritional value of our raw whole food ingredients, my cakes are not baked, so it minimises any degradation to the concentration and quality of their vitamins and antioxidants.
