Hello, I'm Sharon.

I create botanical celebration cakes using whole plant ingredients — each crafted from scratch with a focus on natural flavour, gentle sweetness and refined simplicity.

My work is guided by a belief that cakes can be both beautiful and nourishing, without relying on artificial ingredients or excessive sweetness.

Each cake begins as a study in form, texture and balance, inspired by botany. I hand-pipe elements in varying detail — from subtle finishes to intricate floral compositions.

What emerges is not simply decoration, but a composition that is both visual and edible - created for celebration.

Hand-piped elements, expressed in varying forms — from quiet, minimal finishes to more detailed floral compositions.

Floral elements are crafted from the same ingredients as the cake itself — composed to be enjoyed as part of the whole, not set aside.

Made using real, whole, plant components with natural flavour, without artificial additives or processed ingredients.


Natural Sweetness
Sweetened naturally with fruits, dates and maple - without excess. 


Pure Composition
Each element is considered. Nothing is added without purpose. Less is more.
