Ordering, Collection, Delivery and Cake Care

Ordering
Cakes are made to order.
For the Signature Collection, a minimum of 7 days' notice is recommended.
Custom cakes require additional lead time depending on design.
To enquire, please Whatsapp to provide your preferred date, cake selection and any relevant details.
Collection
Collection is by appointment from Hillview.
Collection is scheduled within the window of 1–5pm.
Full address will be provided upon confirmation.
Delivery
Delivery is available across Singapore within the window of 1-5pm.
Fees vary based on location including special timing requested, and will be quoted accordingly.
You may also arrange your own courier for collection.
Cake Care
This is a raw, no-bake cake with a delicate semifreddo consistency — between ice cream and mousse.
It is handed over semi-frozen and requires careful temperature control.
Storage
Store in a cold refrigerator at 1–2°C (just above freezing).
For best results, keep refrigerated for no more than 8 hours before serving.
Temperatures above this range may cause the cake to soften and melt.
This is due to its natural, plant-based composition.
Frequent opening of the fridge or overstocking may cause the temperature to rise.
If Serving Later
If serving beyond 8 hours, store the cake in the freezer.
To serve, either:
• Allow the cake to sit (in its box) at a cool room temperature for 30–45 minutes before slicing
• Or thaw gradually in the refrigerator (1–2°C)
Serving & Leftovers
Serve once the cake reaches a soft, sliceable consistency.
It is best enjoyed on the same day and should not be kept overnight in the refrigerator.
Leftovers may be stored in the freezer for up to 3–4 weeks.
Notes
These cakes are made from whole, plant-based ingredients and differ from conventional baked cakes.
They have a softer structure and a naturally balanced sweetness.
