Ordering

Cakes are made to order.

For the Signature Collection, a minimum of 7 days' notice is recommended.

Custom cakes require additional lead time depending on design.

To enquire, please WhatsApp to provide your preferred date, cake selection and any relevant details.

Collection

Collection is by appointment from Hillview.

Collection is scheduled within the window of 1–5pm.

Full address will be provided upon confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery is available across Singapore within the window of 1-5pm.

Fees vary based on location including special timing requested, and will be quoted accordingly.

You may also arrange your own courier for collection.

Cake Care

Prepared Without Baking 

Rather than using baked sponge, our cakes are crafted from fresh fruits, nuts and other whole, plant-based ingredients in their natural form. This creates a rich, creamy texture while preserving the fresh flavours of the ingredients.

"Raw vegan" simply means the cake is prepared without baking. It is made without raw eggs or any animal products.

Upon Collection

Your cake is handed over in a semi-frozen state and should be kept frozen until you are ready to serve.

Unlike conventional sponge cakes, it has a delicate semifreddo texture and is not intended for extended periods outside refrigeration.

Before Serving

Choose one of the following:

• Leave the cake (in its box) in an air-conditioned room for 30–45 minutes, until it reaches a soft, sliceable consistency.

For the best flavour and texture, serve once the cake has softened slightly.

If Serving Later

If you are not serving the cake on the same day, keep it in the freezer.

Leftovers

Freeze any leftovers for up to 3–4 weeks.
