PRE-ORDERING: 

Each creation takes at least 2 weeks to prepare, so please enquire with plenty of lead time.. Custom creations may need up to 6 weeks and prices start from $120. For standard orders, Whatsapp (1) cake desired (2) date needed (3) your name (4) collection / delivery (5) address, if delivery and (6) any topper and candle requests. I will revert with a confirmation and invoice to proceed.

COLLECTION: 

Pick-up at 71 Hillview Avenue (S669570), Monday - Sunday 12 to 3pm. Collection outside of these hours will incur  surcharge.

DELIVERY: $16 - $25 per location

  • I offer limited capacity for delivery. Delivery window is 1-5PM. ETA will be further advised on morning itself.  Alternatively, you may arrange your own 3rd party transporter to collect by appointment.

🍋Brimming with live Vit C!  Fresh whole lemons is the star of this raw lemon vegan cake. No dairy, no flours, no refined sugar ... no artificial colouring and additives. Made exclusively with 100% real whole fruits, nuts and seeds.

🍋Cashews are cultured over 24 hours in making "vegan cheesecake". The result is a gut microbiome healthy treat, with plenty of good probiotics. 

🍋The lemons give a natural tang that is balanced off with a touch of added sweetness from fresh mango and Grade A Canadian maple syrup. The tangy sweet flavours are rounded off with a very subtle savoury under-note using Himalayan sea salt. 

🍋NO FLOURS to bulk up the cake or dilute its real flavour. NO ADDED COLOURING. NO ADDED FLAVOURING. NO SUBSTITUTES.

ORANGE-CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE CAKE

🍊Each 6" cake is made with at least 4 whole oranges (pulp, juice and rind). I have been asked if the oranges make the cake too sour. No - it will not as I use exclusively Navel Oranges which are citrusy yet give floral sweetness.

🍊With all the benefits that oranges provide, this is an orange fruit smoothie in disguise! Oranges are a healthy source of fiber, vitamin C, thiamine, folate, and antioxidants.

🌺 Crafted with pure Peruvian ground cacao powder (not pre-made couvertures or compounds)! This is made from scratch using pure ground cacao beans.

🌺 Layers of luscious chocolate textures : a creamy, Nutella-like  fudgey layer and silky smooth luxurious ganache layers on top.

🌺No dairy. No eggs. No refined sugar. No wheat/ grains/ flours (flourless cake).

Ingredients: 100% pure Peruvian cacao, activated cashews & almonds, gluten-free organic oats, avocado, Grade A Canadian maple syrup, premium Belgium cacao butter, organic cold pressed coconut oil, ground vanilla beans, Himalayan sea salt.
