Raw Vegan & Gluten-Free Cakes

Wholefood. Dairy-free. Gluten-free. Refined sugar free. 

Freshly made-to-order wholesome semifreddo style cakes that are raw vegan (no-bake aka flourless). All cakes are dairy-free, gluten-free, without refined sugar and artificial additives. Only whole plant foods such as fruit, nuts and seeds are used. The cakes are naturally sweetened with the use of fruits and dates. Where sweeteners are incorporated, I strictly use natural, pure maple syrup; and minimally processed coconut sugar (gula melaka). No other forms of sugar is used or added.

PRE-ORDERING:

Each creation takes between 1-2 weeks to prepare, so please enquire with plenty of lead time.. Custom creations may need up to 6 weeks and prices start from $120. For standard orders, Whatsapp (1) cake desired (2) date needed (3) your name (4) collection / delivery (5) address, if delivery and (6) any topper and candle requests. I will revert with a confirmation and invoice to proceed.

COLLECTION:

Pick-up by appointment at 71 Hillview Avenue (S669570), Monday - Sunday 12 to 5pm window. Collection outside of these hours will incur surcharge.

DELIVERY: $16 - $25 per location

• I offer limited capacity for delivery. Delivery window is 1-5PM. ETA will be further advised on morning itself. Alternatively, you may arrange your own 3rd party transporter to collect by appointment.
