Botanical Artistry - Part of the Cake
Our botanical flowers are not made from sugar paste, gum paste or fondant.
Each flower and botanical detail is piped by hand from our house-made whole-plant cream, using the same whole-food, plant-based ingredients that make up our cakes.
The result is botanical decoration that is soft, fully edible and part of the cake's flavour and texture — not a separate sugar decoration placed on top.
